Shipping Coverage
At this time, BHERVS only ships to addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We process and ship all orders directly from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).

Please note: Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from our U.S. warehouse, not from the moment the order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the official UPS system.
Shipping Address Changes
Because our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, we are only able to accommodate address changes if requested immediately after purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once a tracking number has been generated, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While UPS strives to deliver packages promptly within 1 to 4 business days, unexpected transit delays due to extreme weather, carrier bottlenecks, or holidays may occasionally occur.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check around your entryways, porch, or with neighbors/building management.

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before physical drop-off.
